When we inspected this job, the client informed us that the front façade required masonry work. The façade had multiple cracks and damaged areas that needed repair. Additionally, the brownstone window lintels were cracked and damaged, so we repaired and painted them. After that, we scraped the cornice clean, removed all rust, and applied a fresh coat of paint. To complete this work, we used suspended scaffolding. The job began on July 6.

This project was a small step repair project. After repairing the steps, we painted them. It was a small masonry work project. We started the work on 1st May.

This customer hired us for the masonry stucco on the back wall of the building. So, we started with removing the existing stucco from the back wall. After removing the existing stucco, we installed 5/8" exterior plywood on the entire back wall. Then, a waterproofing membrane (Blueskin) was applied over the plywood to waterproof the plywood. After that, we installed 2" thick styrofoam insulation layers on the entire back wall . Once the insulation was in place, we started to apply two coats of base coat with fiber mesh. Then, we applied stucco over the base coat. After completing the stucco work, we sealed all windows with Sika exteriorgrade caulking. Finally, we completed the project as agreed upon the contract, and the client was happy with the final result. We started the work on July 4th.

Once the customer approves the project for the masonry work, we proceed we proceed with stucco repair with waterproofing cement on the building’s exterior walls. AAfter completing the stucco repairs, we applied two coats of Sika 400 waterproofing paint. Additionally, we scrape cleaned the fire escape and applied two coats of Rust-Oleum paint on the fire escape and porch railing. This is how we completed this exterior wall waterproofing, and paint work for our customer. The client was happy with the result and the new look of the building. We started the work on July 10th..

The customer called our company to inspect the exterior walls of the building. We recommend exterior wall repair and apply waterproofing paint on the walls. Once the customer approved the project, we proceed with stucco repair with waterproofing cement on the building’s exterior walls. After completing the stucco repairs, we applied two coats of Sika 400 waterproofing paint. This is how we completed this masonry waterproofing work, and our customer was happy with the result. We started the work on October 4th.

During our site visit, the building owner requested brick pointing for the entire building. However, after a thorough inspection, we recommended also including masonry work, brick replacement, and exterior painting along with the brick pointing. We started the work on 3rd October.

The back wall of the building had areas where the mortar was missing, and the existing mortar was deteriorating due to the age of the bricks. Our company recommended masonry work, involving the removal of 1/2" to 3/4" of mortar from each brick joint. We then re-pointed the joints using waterproof cement mortar. The entire project took three weeks to complete, beginning on December 10, 2024.
